The Ordering Process

1. Use the 'Contact' page on this website to get in touch with me, your artist, with a brief description of what you would like to be included in your drawing, and a time frame of when you would like the drawing to be completed. If you are looking for a pet portrait, please include details of the breed within your message.

2. Send your message and I will get back to you within 24-48 hours with a quote.

3. In my reply, I will ask you to send me a selection of images that you would like me to draw from. High-resolution, evenly lit images work best so that I can see the details of your furry friend or loved one. If you would like your image framed, details of this will be discussed during this part of the process.

4. Once a suitable image has been chosen and the details of the drawing have been finalised, a 50% non-refundable deposit will need to be cleared in order for me to start your commissioned drawing. Payment can be made via bank transfer and PayPal.

5. I will stay in contact with you throughout the drawing process with updates on how your drawing is progressing, and to make sure you are happy with how the drawing is coming along.

6. Once your drawing is complete, a copy of the final image will be sent to you via email to let you know that your order is now ready for dispatch. If this has not yet been cleared, then the remaining 50% of the commission price will now be due.

7. Once the final payment has been received, your drawing will be sent out to you First Class recorded delivery via the Royal Mail.
